Having read all the case studies, my favourite and the one I most resonate with is Sarah's retail Chaplain. To be a workplace Chaplian is not my work role, however similarly and since being a christen I have been an example of this by being a good listener whether it be helping a crying child with kindness and sensitivity towards there problem, being a friend to talk out issues regarding staffs personal problems and also being a help towards the families I work with who really appreciates the time and advice I give. I do try my best to be a chaplian as such to all and as it states in Sarah's case in Luke "ask him to send more workers into his field. Now go..".

Hi Alicia, reminds me very much of the conversation we had as a group about ones vocation and how you listen to what those around you need and you are taking what you love doing to the world.
This is really encouraging to read Alicia.
it shows how you are bringing the love of Jesus into your every day faith at work by showing love and compassion to those in your care and to the colleagues around you.
I can see that you are drawing parallels from scripture and applying it to what you are doing at work by being worker for Jesus there . . .
